I moved from Brazil to London 20 years ago to build a business. Starting from a coffee shop table, I founded MG Empower and grew it into a multi-million-pound global agency — leading it through acquisition, buyback, and full restructure.

Today, MG Empower works with brands like Chopard, TikTok, Dior, Bumble, Unilever, Nespresso, Campari and Sol de Janeiro — delivering Influencer Marketing, Social, Brand Experience, Strategy and Creative across the UK, North America, EMEA and LATAM.
